EXECUTIVE BIO
Eliaser’s career combines hands-on field expertise with strategic management capability. Before founding Dolomite Geotechnical Services CC, he held senior technical and leadership roles at Bicon Namibia Consulting Engineers and Project Managers, where he helped establish and expand the company’s laboratory and geotechnical services. His work has included leading site investigations, managing technical teams, overseeing quality systems, supporting engineering design teams, and ensuring reliable project delivery for public and private sector clients.
Known for his practical judgment, technical reliability, and client-focused approach, Eliaser brings a strong understanding of infrastructure delivery requirements and the role of sound geotechnical data in successful construction outcomes. Through Dolomite Geotechnical Services CC, he continues to provide dependable, efficient, and technically grounded services that support durable infrastructure development and contribute to socio-economic progress
